Fluent Kannada is close to essential, and Telugu, Hindi or Urdu widens your options considerably given how mixed the customer base is across Ballari and the border talukas. Most employers want PUC or a degree, basic computer and CRM entry, and a clear phone manner. Incentive-linked pay on top of a fixed salary is standard.
