Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Hospet Jobs (hospet.online/jobs), operated by KatSquare ("we", "us", "our"), having its registered office at Door No.1867, Garuda Complex, Asst No.1867, Mp Prakash Nagar, Hospet, Ballari (Bellary) - 583201, GSTIN 29AFIPI4774G1Z4. By accessing or using the platform you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

  1. You must provide accurate information about yourself or your business and keep it current.
  2. One account per person, with a single role (job seeker or employer). You are responsible for activity on your account.
  3. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, post misleading listings, or abuse the platform.

2. For employers

  • You may post only genuine vacancies for real positions. Every job post is reviewed before it goes live.
  • You may contact applicants only in connection with the role they applied to, and must handle their personal data lawfully.

3. For job seekers

  • The information and documents you share are used to apply to jobs and are revealed to employers only for jobs you apply to.

4. Payments & subscriptions

  • Paid features (employer subscription plans, profile boost, featured placement) are priced in Indian Rupees and shown before payment. See the Pricing page.
  • Payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay). We do not store your card or bank details.
  • Subscriptions are for the stated period and are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Prohibited conduct

Fraud, scams, harassment, discrimination, scraping, or any unlawful use is prohibited and may result in suspension and reporting to authorities.

6. Disclaimers & liability

We are a platform connecting seekers and employers. Employment decisions and agreements are strictly between the two parties. We verify employers where possible but do not guarantee any listing, salary, or hiring outcome. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hospet, Karnataka.
