How do I apply for a job?
Create your profile, open a job you like and tap Apply. The employer can then see your details for that job and will call you directly.
Why can't I see the employer's phone number?
To keep things safe for everyone, employers reach out to you, not the other way around. Keep your profile and availability up to date so they can get in touch.
How do I add or build my resume?
Go to your profile and open the Resume section. You can upload a file you already have, or build a simple resume in the app.
What is Profile Boost?
For a small fee, your applications pin to the top of employer lists and stay visible for 15 days, so more employers notice you.
How do I close my account?
Go to Account, then Login & security, and choose Close my account. Your data is kept safely and you can ask us to reopen it later.
For employers
How do I post a job?
Register your business and choose Post a job. Every post is reviewed before it goes live so candidates can trust your listings.
Why is my job still pending?
New and edited posts are checked by our team before going live, usually within a day. You will see it move to Live once approved.
How do I get the Verified badge?
Complete verification from your company profile. Our team reviews your details and adds the badge once approved.
How many applicants can I see?
It depends on your plan. The Free plan shows up to 10 applicants per job; paid plans show more. See the Plans page for details.
Payments & billing
How are payments handled?
Payments are processed securely by our partner, Razorpay. We never store your card or bank details.
Can I get a refund?
Paid features activate immediately, so they are generally non-refundable. If you were charged in error, see the Cancellation & Refund Policy and contact us within 7 days.
Safety & your data
How is my personal data used?
Your phone number and resume are shown only to employers whose jobs you apply to. They are never shown publicly and never sold. See our Privacy Policy.
How do I report a suspicious listing?
Use the Report link on any job page, or email us with the job details. We take these reports seriously and act quickly.
